List of Sub-processors

This page presents the current list of personal-data sub-processors used in providing the SYSTEM. The addition or replacement of a sub-processor will be communicated at least 30 (thirty) days in advance, under the terms of the Data Processing Agreement.

2. Public-source query services
The services below are identified by function rather than by provider. They receive exclusively technical parameters that do not constitute personal data and, for that reason, are not sub-processors for the purposes of the Data Processing Agreement.

No party names, case numbers, contents of the User's documents, or any information identifying the User's clients are transmitted to these services. Should the architecture come to require the transmission of personal data to any of these services, the corresponding provider will be reclassified as a sub-processor and included in the list in Section 1, with the applicable prior notice.
